MY BACKGROUND, APPROACH, AND TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Hi, I’m Emma—a functional fitness trainer dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their highest level.

My journey began in bodybuilding, where I developed a strong foundation in discipline & structure. After earning my degree in Kinesiology Health & Fitness, I transitioned into full-time online and in-person training, where I discovered my passion for functional training.

 

I now specialize in helping individuals and athletes build strength that improves movement quality, performance, and resilience. My approach combines structured programming with intentional movement, focusing on how your body functions and performs.

STRENGTH & POWER PROGRAM

12 WEEK STRENGTH & POWER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

This 12 week program is designed to help you build a solid foundation of strength while developing explosive power and improve overall performance. Using functional strength and power-focused movements, this program will help you improve both in and out of the gym. Structured in progressive phases, the program emphasizes proper mechanics and turns strength into efficient, powerful movement.

Includes

  • Focused on functional strength, muscular power, plyometrics, stabilization, & body control

  • 4-day splits:

    • 2 lower body

    • 2 upper body

  • Demo videos and coaching cues for every exercise included

  • Programming delivered through the MyPTHub app — free for you to use

  • Full body warmups and cooldowns included

  • Workouts organized in 4 week blocks to prioritize progressive overload and proper form

1:1 ONLINE TRAINING

I create a program that is personalized to your goals, experience level, and lifestyle. We will schedule an onboarding call to get to know each other more, discuss your training history, any past/current injuries, short & long term goals, and strategize a structured program.

Includes

  • Nutritional guidance and education, including how to effectively track macros

  • Exercise demo videos and detailed coaching cues provided for every movement

  • Consistent communication with me as your trainer

  • All programming delivered through the MyPTHub app — free for you to use

  • Personalized structure and accountability
